Eligibility and Account Registration

Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or residential address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
CLAUSE 1.3 — ONE ACCOUNT RULE
Single Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active account on the 678bdt platform. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. If 678bdt detects the existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed. Bonuses, winnings, and balances accrued through duplicate accounts may be voided.
CLAUSE 1.4 — JURISDICTION
Player Responsibility Regarding Local Laws

CLAUSE 2.3 — ACCOUNT TRANSFERS
Non-Transferability
Your 678bdt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person. Account balances, bonuses, and any accrued rewards are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the platform. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account will result in immediate termination.

CLAUSE 3.3 — WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Withdrawal Processing and Verification
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within ten to twenty minutes via bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four hours. 678bdt reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending identity verification, KYC review, or internal fraud screening. Where a withdrawal is held pending verification, 678bdt will notify you via email and request the relevant documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within fourteen days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
CLAUSE 3.4 — MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL AND FEES

Expedited withdrawal requests, where available, may incur a processing fee disclosed at the time of the request. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
CLAUSE 3.5 — CURRENCY
Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
All account balances, transactions, deposit limits, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts on 678bdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol. Where a currency conversion occurs at the payment provider level, the applicable exchange rate is determined by that provider, not by 678bdt. 678bdt accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.
Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets
CLAUSE 4.1 — GENERAL BONUS TERMS
Bonus Eligibility and Application

CLAUSE 4.4 — PROMOTION AVAILABILITY
Availability and Changes to Promotions
678bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players within Bangladesh and may be subject to time constraints, game-specific restrictions, or account-status conditions. Where a promotional offer is found to have been made in error, 678bdt reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and restore the account to its prior state.
Sports Betting and Gaming Rules
CLAUSE 5.1 — BET PLACEMENT

A bet is only deemed accepted and valid once you receive a written confirmation from 678bdt following your submission. CLAUSE 5.2 — PRICING ERRORS
Manifest Errors in Odds or Game Payouts
In the event of a manifest error in published odds, game payouts, or promotional values — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by technical faults, data feed failures, or human input errors — 678bdt reserves the right to void any bets or wagers placed at the erroneous price. Winnings derived from a manifest error will not be paid. 678bdt will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct errors promptly.
CLAUSE 5.3 — PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 678bdt platform and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:
- Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play casino games.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
- Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain.
- Match-fixing or any form of insider knowledge in sports betting markets.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals without a legitimate dispute basis.
CLAUSE 5.4 — GAME INTEGRITY

Nothing in these Terms limits 678bdt's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
CLAUSE 7.3 — THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Both parties agree to engage in good faith throughout the dispute resolution process before pursuing any other remedy.
CLAUSE 10.3 — SEVERABILITY
Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
CLAUSE 10.4 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Complete Agreement Between Parties
These Terms, together with the 678bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy and the specific terms of any active promotion you have opted into, constitute the entire agreement between you and 678bdt with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, warranties, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
